                     Current Position

Head Operations Grade: SVP to EVP Location: Karachi

Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:

The role entails overseeing all operational activities, including operations, human resources, and administration. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, maintaining a productive environment, and fostering continuous improvement and teamwork. This leadership position requires organizational skills, a deep understanding of exchange operations, and compliance. Reporting directly to the CEO, collaboration with organizational goals is vital.

1. Direct day-to-day operations for precision and resource optimization.

2. Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.

3. Collaborate with IT to improve operational systems.

4. Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

5. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.

6. Manage employee relations and career development.

7. Lead business continuity planning.

8. Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

9. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for operational excellence.
