CRUCIAL GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION
In every instance, candidates' eligibility will be assessed according to the policies outlined in the General
Instructions available on FPSC's website. It is advised that candidates review these instructions to ensure they are up-to-date before submitting their applications.
Procedure to apply:
(i) All applications must be submitted online through the FPSC website at www.fpsc.gov.pk
(ii) Candidates are allowed to edit their online applications once within the closing date to rectify any errors or omissions.
(iii) Information provided in the online application form will be considered final.
(iv) Any claims of experience not initially included in the online form will be regarded as an afterthought and will not be accepted.
(v) Detailed general instructions and guidelines for online application are accessible on the website.
(vi) Applicants are not required to submit a hard copy of the online application.
(vii) Manual applications will not be accepted for general recruitment cases. Only online applications submitted on or before the announced cutoff date will be processed and considered.
Application Fees:
(i) The fee rates for various posts are as follows: BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300/-; BS-18: Rs. 750/-; BS-19: Rs. 1200/-; BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500/-.
(ii) The fee must be deposited on or before the closing date at the nearest Government treasury, a branch of the National Bank of Pakistan, or a State treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of the Government under the head "C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC." Bank drafts, checks, or postal orders are not acceptable.
(iii) The original treasury receipt must be retained and presented to the supervisory staff at the designated examination center mentioned in the Admission Certificates. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not acceptable.
(iv) Treasury receipts should not be sent to FPSC in advance but should be provided at the time of the test/exam or when requested.
Relaxation In Upper Age Limit:
The maximum age limit specified in the Recruitment Rules may be relaxed in accordance with the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended). Detailed information can be found in paragraph 6 of the General Instructions provided on FPSC's website at www.fpsc.gov.pk
Shortlisting Criteria For Interview:
The candidates will be shortlisted for interview as per policy of the Commission contained in para-16 (A. B & C) of General Instructions.
Documents Required From The Candidates:
(i) Following the test/exam, candidates ranking higher in their respective quotas will be requested to provide attested copies of necessary documents, including two photographs, Matriculation and Intermediate certificates, Bachelor's, Master's, M.Phil, Ph.D. degrees, CNIC, Experience Certificate (if required, detailing job responsibilities), Domicile Certificate, Departmental Permission Certificate (for government employees), and Original Treasury Receipt (for non-test cases), etc., within 15 days of notification from FPSC. This notification will be sent via post, SMS, and email.
(ii) Candidates claiming equivalence of their degree must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or the relevant authority to authenticate their claim.
(iii) Experience gained from nationally or internationally recognized firms, companies, institutions, organizations, banks, NGOs, etc., will be accepted if properly registered or incorporated with the relevant government department/institution for business operations, maintaining offices, and possessing appropriate registration or reference numbers where applicable.
(iv) Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe or providing incorrect/incomplete information will result in the rejection of the candidate's candidature. Therefore, candidates are advised to prepare their documents for submission to FPSC by the deadline.
(v) Requesting documents does not imply that the candidate has been shortlisted for an interview. Their eligibility will be determined based on the submitted documents and their merit position.
Conduct Of Test:
(i) Candidates must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate for the Screening/Written Test.
(ii) Entry to the Examination Hall will not be permitted without the original Treasury Receipt. Photocopies or bank scrolls of the Treasury Receipt will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to keep the original Treasury Receipt to avoid any inconvenience during entry to the Examination Halls.
(iii) The Test/Examination for Consolidated Advertisement No. 4/2024 will be conducted as soon as possible after the closing date.
Change Of Center:
Candidates may request a change of Examination Centre through an online application, but it must be done at least one month before the examination commences.
