Available Positions

1. Director, Business Incubation Center

The Director will lead and oversee all operations of the Business Incubation Center. This key role is responsible for driving the center’s strategic vision, fostering innovation, and supporting startup ventures.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in business development, startup management, or a similar role.

- Proven leadership skills and effective team management.

- Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup funding mechanisms.

2.Business Development Officer, Business Incubation Center

The Business Development Officer will assist the Director in identifying and developing business opportunities for startups. This role involves networking with industry partners, mentoring startups, and facilitating access to resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and networking skills.

3.Assistant Manager, Business Incubation Center

The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the Business Incubation Center. Responsibilities include coordinating with startups, managing incubation programs, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Familiarity with startup incubation processes and support services.

General Information

These positions are temporary, contractual, and project-based for one year. MUET is dedicated to offering a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
