Director (Human Resources & Administration)
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Age: Maximum 55 years
2. Qualification: A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably specializing in Human Resources, from a recognized national or international university.
3. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership positions within Human Resources, Administration, or Operations in a reputable organization. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
4. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, adeptness in multitasking and working under pressure, and familiarity with government service regulations and procurement procedures.
Responsibilities:
The selected individual will be tasked with:
1.Supervising HR and administrative functions at the SHCC Head Office.
2. Effectively managing various stakeholders and addressing their requirements.
3. Handling IT concerns, procurement activities, vehicle fleet management, and organizing events.
4. Ensuring adherence to government service regulations and procurement guidelines.
Applicant Guidelines:
1. Candidates must hold a domicile of Sindh Province.
