Vacant Positions in Special Security Unit (SSU) Sindh Police Commandos Recruitment
Salary Package: Approximately Rs. 50,000+/- per month
STS SIBA Testing Services is seeking applications from male and female candidates domiciled in Sindh Province (relevant districts) for the FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
1. Police Constable (Commandos) (BPS-07)
Number of Vacancies: 1100
Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.
Physical Fitness:
For Males: Chest = 33″x 34.5″ (with a minimum 1.5″ chest expansion difference), Height-5’x5″, Running= 1.6 km in 8 minutes.
For Females: Height-5′ feet, Walking= 800 meters in 14 minutes.
Age Limit: 18-28 years
2. Driver Police Constable (BPS-07)
Number of Vacancies: 450
Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.
Candidates must possess a valid Motor Car Driving license as of the closing date of the online application form.
However, candidates must obtain an LTV License within their probation period of 03 years.
Physical Fitness: Chest=33×34.5, Height= 5’x5″, Running= 1.6 km in 10 minutes.
Age Limit: 18-28 years
Important Instructions:
1. Application Process:
Online applications must be completed on the official SIBA Testing Services (STS) candidate portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk
15% quota is reserved for women and a 5% quota for minorities.
After submitting the online application, download the system-generated challan of Rs.1500 (non-refundable) and deposit it at any ABL Bank Ltd branch.
2. Verification and Eligibility:
Original certificates will be verified only for candidates called for an interview.
Government employees meeting eligibility criteria can apply through the proper channel.
No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
3. Testing and Interview:
Candidates who pass the psychological test will be interviewed by the selection committee. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
No relaxation in age limit, qualifications, or eligibility criteria will be provided.
Test dates, times, and venues will be communicated via online call letters, SMS, and the STS website.
4. Affidavit Requirement:
All candidates must submit an affidavit confirming they are not involved in any FIR.
Submitting a false affidavit will result in disqualification.
5. Additional Information:
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
Sindh Police reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies.
Only candidates who pass the physical test will be invited for the written test by STS. Details will be provided separately.
For Driver Police Constable positions, candidates must pass the driving test. A second attempt will be allowed if the first is unsuccessful.
Candidates who do not meet the criteria should not apply.
6. Deadline:
The last date to submit online applications is 8th June 2024.
