Position Vacant
1. Wing Head - Regulatory Coordination (AVP/VP).
Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university college / institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having Master's Degree and/ or any other relevant professional qualification or certifications such as ACA/ACCA/CFA/CIA, etc. in the respective field will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 08 years of banking experience, out of which 2 years' experience in Internal Audit / Compliance/Risk functions
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively lead and manage team.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP and Core Banking Application.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the coordination of State Bank of Pakistan inspections within the Audit & Inspection Group (AIG).
2. Manage responses to State Bank of Pakistan observations concerning AIG activities.
3. Review and authenticate State Bank of Pakistan observations related to the bank's operations, both paragraph by paragraph and on a significant basis.
4. Coordinate with all Divisional Heads of AIG to ensure timely validation.
5. Provide consolidated quarterly updates on State Bank of Pakistan observations to the Compliance Group.
6. Finalize monthly State Bank of Pakistan reporting with the Compliance Group for approval by the Chief Internal Auditor.
7. Handle all AIG deliverables and reports with external auditors and credit rating agencies.
8. Act as the main contact and coordinator for AIG with Law Enforcement Agencies.
9. Coordinate and verify all identified regulatory findings.
10. Prepare status updates and presentations of regulatory issues for review by the Divisional Head, Chief Internal Auditor, and Board Audit Committee (BAC).
11. Manage regulatory verifications and other assessments related to the bank's operations within AIG.
12. Ensure the secure storage of records.
13. Fulfill any additional assignments as directed by supervisors.
