SESSION AND DISTRICT COURT JOBS JUNE 2024
In continuation of this office advertisement dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023, applications are invited to fill the following vacant posts in the District East Sessions Court, Karachi East from candidates who fulfill the specified requirements for each post.
1. Stenographers (BPS-16)
Number of Posts: 03
Qualification: Intermediate, Typing Speed 40 WPM, Shorthand Speed 80 WPM, Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate from a recognized institution
- Age Limit: 21 to 25 years
- Domicile: Sindh only
2. Junior Clerks (BPS-11)
- Number of Posts: 17
- Qualification: Intermediate, Typing Speed 40 WPM, Certificate in MS Office from a recognized institution
- Age Limit: 21 to 25 years
- Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only
3. Driver (BPS-07)
- Number of Posts: 20
- Qualification: Matric, Valid driving license, Ability to read road signs and highway
- Age Limit: 20 to 28 years

4. Farash (BPS-03)

- Qualification: Middle

PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION:
1. For posts at Serial Nos. 1 and 2, initial tests will be conducted through Sukkur IBA Testing Service. Interested candidates may submit online applications at https://apply.sts.net.pk. Helpline: 071-5644200; Email: sts@iba-suk.edu.pk.
2. After online application submission, candidates should download the system-generated Challan of Rs. 1,500 and deposit it in any branch of ABL Bank Limited. The fee is non-refundable. Candidates for Serial Nos. 1 and 2 must upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, one recent photograph, NOC (for government servants), and academic documents on the STS Online Portal. Disabled candidates should upload CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
3. For posts at Serial Nos. 3 to 8, candidates must send their applications along with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and 2 passport-size photographs by post or by hand to the Office of the Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Karachi East, by 20.06.2024, 01:00 pm. Late applications will not be entertained.
4. Female candidates are encouraged to apply for the above posts.
5. A 5% quota is reserved for candidates with disabilities.
6. A 20% quota is reserved for children of deceased/retired/serving employees of Judicial District East.
7. Separate application forms must be submitted for each post if applying for multiple positions.
8. Government servants should apply through proper channels. The maximum age limit for civil servants applying through proper channels is 30 years.
9. Overage candidates may apply subject to relaxation by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi, if they qualify for the appointment.
10. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests/interviews.
11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
12. Candidates should bring original documents at the time of the interview.
13. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
14. The last date for submission of applications is 20.06.2024.
15. Incomplete job applications will be rejected without any reason.
16. Any omission or misrepresentation can result in cancellation of candidature at any stage of the recruitment process.
17. Applications received from the previous advertisements dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023 will be considered. Applicants from those advertisements should not reapply.
