Qualifications and Experience:
For Secretary BOT
Education:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or LLB with at least 2nd division or Grade ‘C’ from a university recognized by HEC.
Professional Membership: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/charter secretaries.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretariat/corporate affairs/board affairs.
At least 2 years of experience as Company Secretary/Secretary of Board.
Hands-on experience in managing statutory and compliance frameworks.
Latest For Director (Law Cadre):
Education:
LL.M (Master of Law) with at least 2nd division or Grade ‘C’ or LLB with at least 2nd division or Grade ‘C’ from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience:
LL.M: 8 years of relevant experience with at least five reported cases in superior court.
LLB: 10 years of relevant experience with at least five reported cases in superior court.
8 to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a responsible position in a commercial/industrial establishment or government organization.
Note: Relaxation in experience may be considered for higher qualifications in Law.
Additional Requirements: Established computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
For Director (IT Cadre):
Education:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or IT with at least 2nd division or Grade ‘C’ (Minimum 18 years of education) from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience:
10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Two years of relevant and valid certification required.

Applications on plain paper, along with three passport-sized photographs, attested copies of degrees/certificates, CNIC, and domicile, must be submitted to the Director (PRT), Human Resource Department, EOBI Head Office, 190/1/B, Block-2, P.E.C.H.S, Karachi, within 15 days from the date of this advertisement. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Government-controlled organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current organization at the time of the interview.
Candidates appearing for interviews must bring their original CNIC, original educational certificates verified by HEC, and two sets of attested photocopies along with verified experience certificates.
Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
The post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
Age relaxation will be in accordance with Federal Government Rules.
