1. Assistant (BPS-15)

Number of Posts: 2

Regional Allocation: Punjab (Disable) 1, Balochistan (Merit) 1

Qualifications:

Graduation

Preferably computer literate

Age Limit: 18-28 years

2. Stenotypist (BPS-14)

Number of Posts: 5

Qualifications: Intermediate

A minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively

Must be computer literate

Age Limit: 18-25 years

3. UDC (Upper Division Clerk) (BPS-13)

Number of Posts: 2

Qualifications:

Intermediate

Age Limit: 18-25 years

4. LDC (Lower Division Clerk) (BPS-11)

Number of Posts: 2

Regional Allocation: Punjab (Disable) 1, Balochistan (Merit) 1

Qualifications:

Matric

Minimum Typing Speed of 30 w.p.m.

Age Limit: 18-25 years

5. Naib Qasid (BPS-01)

Number of Posts: 2

Regional Allocation: ICT (Disable) 1, Balochistan (Merit) 1

Qualifications: Primary Pass

Age Limit: 18-25 years

Economic Affairs Division Application Form 

Recruitment Process:

    • Conducted as per Government policy issued vide Establishment Division’s O.M dated 22-10-2014, as amended from time to time.
  1. Government Employees:
    • May apply through proper channel and are required to produce NOC along with their application form.
  2. Disability Certificate:
    • Candidates against the post of disable quota must submit/provide a certificate for their disabilities issued by the National Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (NCRDP),  Islamabad along with other required documents.
  3. Shortlisting:
    • Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Applicants shortlisted for the interview shall present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes.
  4. Verification:
    • Information provided in the application will be verified, and any false or forged information/documents may lead to cancellation of candidature or legal action.
  5. Cancellation Rights:
    • The Ministry of Economic Affairs reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or reduce/increase the number of posts as per requirement without assigning any reason.
  6. No TA/DA:
    • No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview purposes.
  7. Application Submission:
    • The Economic Affairs Division will not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent through post or any other courier service.
  8. Age Relaxation:
    • Five (5) years general age relaxation will be admissible as per General Age Relaxation Rules, 1993, as amended from time to time. Additional age relaxation would be admissible as per Federal Government Rules.

Eligibility:

Interested male and female applicants meeting the requisite qualifications and criteria are required to apply online via the website www.njp.gov.pk.

Application Method:

Applications sent through email or by hand will not be entertained.

NOC Requirement:

Government employees should apply online and provide NOC from their respective departments to this Ministry before closing the date of applications.

Application Deadline:

The last date of submission of application forms is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
