Our client, a prominent Karachi-based company, Human Resource Solution International HRSI Jobs 2024 is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles:

1. General Manager – Corporate Planning
As the General Manager Corporate Planning, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of the company’s mission with measurable performance metrics. You will lead the development and execution of strategic financial and business plans, managing business risks and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of financial and business strategies, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
Identify and manage business risks through variance reporting, providing clarity to stakeholders.
Oversee the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financial reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage the annual budgeting process and align budgets with strategic objectives.
Develop top-level forecasts to meet strategic commitments with a focus on enhancing returns.
Provide insights on forecasts, performance metrics, and financial analytics for better decision-making.
Lead a team of professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry experts, and government authorities.
Assess the impact of energy policies on the business and collaborate with government ministries on energy-related matters.
Education:

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:

Minimum 14-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a large national or multinational organization.
Requirements:

Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and performance analysis.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of the energy value chain and energy-related policies.
The candidate should preferably be under 50 years of age by the last date of submission.

2. Middle Management Position – Centre of Expertise (HR)

As part of the HR team, you will develop and implement strategies to align human resources with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance organizational performance.
Provide expert HR guidance to senior management on best practices.
Design and manage HR frameworks to foster a high-performance culture.
Oversee performance management systems to drive productivity.

Manage the HR budget and ensure compensation structures are market-aligned.
Administer incentive programs to reward high performance.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.

Education:

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years of experience, with at least 2-6 years in a similar role within a large national or multinational organization.
Requirements:

Experience in managing HR budgets, salary structures, and incentive programs.

3. Middle Management Position – Key Accounts Cards

As the Key Accounts Manager, you will oversee account management and work with key clients to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
Build strong client relationships and develop account management strategies.
Monitor card account performance and provide solutions to drive business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and propose solutions.

Education:

Requirements:
