The Board of Investment (BOI) is looking for candidates for the following positions:
1. Business Reforms & Automation Expert (PPS-09)
Pay Scale: PKR 306,250 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 40 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in the field of Public Administration, Business Administration, or Business Management from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in dealing with public policy, government administration, and reform processes. Prior experience in automation or re-engineering projects is highly desirable.
This position is pivotal for steering reforms in the public sector and improving service delivery through automation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in re-engineering governmental processes to make them more efficient and investor-friendly.
2. Legal Specialist (PPS-08)
Pay Scale: PKR 218,750 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 32 years
Required Qualification: LLB or a degree in Law from a reputable foreign university/institution. Higher qualifications in the legal field will be given preference.
Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, handling corporate or commercial matters. Proficiency in public sector interactions, regulatory matters, and contract negotiations is required.
This position requires an expert in legal frameworks, someone who can navigate the regulatory requirements and provide support for the reformation of public and investment sectors.
3. Business Analyst (PPS-07)
Pay Scale: PKR 157,500 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 32 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or quality assurance. Experience in developing technical documentation and proficiency in backend/frontend web technologies like Java, SQL, and React is essential.
As a Business Analyst, the individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, improving system requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT-driven solutions in the business and public sectors.
4. Public Sector Specialist (PPS-07)
Pay Scale: PKR 157,500 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 32 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in dealing with public sector regulatory compliance and process re-engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong research skills are required.
5. Regulatory Modernization Specialist (PPS-07)
Pay Scale: PKR 157,500 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 32 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public sector regulatory compliance and re-engineering. The candidate must be familiar with investor-related regulations, import-export matters, and public sector modernization.

6. SME Specialist (PPS-07)
Pay Scale: PKR 157,500 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 32 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public sector regulatory compliance. Experience in small and medium enterprise (SME) development will be an advantage.
SME development is critical for Pakistan’s economy, and this role will focus on improving SME business regulations, fostering growth in this sector, and streamlining regulatory requirements.
7. Content Writer (PPS-06)
Pay Scale: PKR 105,000 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 30 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content writing for professional purposes. Strong command of the English language, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
As a content writer, this role is responsible for creating compelling content for public relations campaigns, reporting on project milestones, and crafting clear, persuasive communications.
8. Sector Associate/Specialist (PPS-06)
Pay Scale: PKR 105,000 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
Age: Up to 30 years
Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Prior academic or work experience related to sector-specific reforms, economic development, and public administration is required.
9. Assistant (PPS-05)
Pay Scale: PKR 70,000 per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)

Required Qualification: Graduate

10. Chowkidar (PPS-01)
