Staff Required for NRSP/UPAP Microfinance

The National Rural Support Program (NRSP), in collaboration with UPAP (Urban Poverty Alleviation Program), is a well-established microfinance organization. The organization is currently hiring staff for various positions across major cities in Pakistan. Available Positions

1. Management Trainees
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business/Public Administration, Commerce, Accounts, Banking, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
   • Stipend: Rs. 44,560 during training.
   • Post-Training Salary: Rs. 60,000 per month.
   • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
   • Benefits: Medical insurance, EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution).
   • Note: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Individuals with a minimum CGPA requirement will be prioritized.
2. Accounts Staff
   • Qualifications: Intermediate, Graduate in Commerce (L.Com/D.Com/B.Com).
   • Salary: Rs. 29,000.
   • Age Limit: Up to 27 years.
   • Benefits: Medical insurance, provident fund, EOBI.
3. Field Staff
• Qualifications: Matric, FA, BA (no prior experience required).
• Salary: Rs. 13,700 for Matric; Rs. 25,000 for FA/BA holders.
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years.
• Benefits: Medical insurance, provident fund, EOBI.
• Note: Fresh candidates.There are excellent opportunities for promotion based on hard work and honesty.
